Be a 5th Grade Band Superstar
You can become a Thurston Heron Band Superstar or a King Dreamkeeper Band Superstar. Start working on the Milemarker Skills listed below. Practice for at least 60 minutes a week and write your practice minutes on your practice log. When you have mastered a Milemarker Skill, demonstrate it for an adult. If you perform it very well, the adult will sign your Superstar Chart. Show the signed chart to Mrs. Katz and we will post your progress on our class chart. When you complete all 14 skills you are a SUPERSTAR.

- Play Concert Warm-Up No.1 and No. 2 from memory (2.23 & 2.24, pg 16)
- Play Crown of Majesty (2.26, pg 16)
- Play Obwisana with a friend as a duet (one person on part A and one on part B at the same time). (2.27, pg 16)
